The Contest The CCARC 2010 Spring Jubilee BBQ Cook-off sponsored by CMC Gas will be held Saturday, April 10th at the CCARC facility (501 Forest Ave) in Jackson, Alabama. This BBQ cook-off is a ribs/Boston Butt/homemade sauce competition, open to professionals and amateurs, and each team may have up to six (6) team members.
CCARC's Spring Jubilee will host the 8th Annual 5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Walk
Also, expect the return of some Spring Jubilee favorites... Canines on Parade, Silent Auction, CCARC Plants & Ceramics, Bingo, Cake Walk, Great food Children's Games & Inflatables, People First raffle and LIVE Entertainment!

Cuties for Canines Date: 1-26-09 Time: 1:30 p.m. Cuties for Canines is a group of individuals that want to help animals have comfortable lives. We are meeting to discuss the expansion of the group. If you are interested in helping local animals in need please join us. There is a $5.00 membership fee. Contact Trista Walker for more information. Phone: 246-3000
CCARC Art Walk and Market on the Lawn- Saturday. December 12th, 2009 from 10am until 2pm. The Art Walk will be at 501 Forest Ave. Please come out and see what we have to offer! There will be hand-made items such as artwork, accessories, bags, and ceramics available. There will also be antiques and our Greenhouse will be open. Local artists are invited to bring their items (art, crafts, produce and antiques) to sell, participants must bring their own display area, there is no fee for participants, displays must be set up by 9:45am.
