Who are we?

CCARC is a non-profit accredited agency providing services to adults affected by mental retardation.

 

What Services does CCARC offer?

Adult Day Training, Residential Services, Behavior Management, Specialized Medical Supplies and Supported Employment.

 

Why are CCARC services important for persons with mental retardation?

People with disabilities share the same desire to live independently, make their own choices and realize their own personal goals.

 

How Do I find out about applying for services:

The Clarke/Baldwin MRDD Board determines eligibility for services (usually a person must have an IQ score of below 70 that can be documented as occurring before age 22). The MRDD Board may be contacted by calling 251/947-5608 or by e-mail to cindyhaber@yahoo.com. Or, you may contact CCARC and someone will help you through the application process.

 

How do I find out about employment or volunteer opportunities?
