CCARC is dedicated to providing services to and advocating for person with mental retardation.  As we become adults, we all share common ambitions such as living on our own, working and enjoying recreations that we choose.  CCARC recognizes the ambitions of those we serve and sets forth to support these individuals in these endeavors.

Our Vision

To be the organization that utilizes all its resources to exceed the expectations of persons served, to maximize their potential and their satisfaction with life.

Nationally Accredited

CCARC is a non-profit agency that endeavors to provide the best quality of services to individuals served through our programs.  In February, 2009, CCARC was the first in the state to begin and become certified under the Basic Assurances and Shared Values 2005 Measures by The Council.  CCARC hopes to obtain a four year accreditation by Fall of 2009!
